Initiate Your Request
Log into your Almirah account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
